The following rules apply to shipping options for purchases made on this site.

Please note that if your order contains more than 2 different items, it will be submitted as a quote request and shipping will be calculated in the most efficient way and you will be contacted with that quote.

1. Collection

All orders can be collected by arrangement from SULO NZ, 100 Harris Road, East Tamaki in Auckland. Simply select collection when choosing your desired delivery method. Once your order is ready for collection, you will be notified.

2. Standard Delivery

The shipping for your order is calculated based on sending the volume of the items ordered to your shipping address. A minimum charge applies for all standard shipping rates. 

3. Rural Delivery

For all Rural Delivery items, the price of shipping is calculated based on sending the items to your nearest Owens/Mainfreight depot. Once the items arrive at the depot, you will be contacted by Owens/Mainfreight to arrange either your collection of the goods or quote you to deliver the items to you.
